On the devices, go into settings and go to the itunes and app store setting. If the new one is not the default, just sign out there and sign in again with the new one.
On the PC, Just sign out from the store menu in iTunes and sign in again with the new ID and password. The same goes for the iCloud settings on your device as far as I know. I don't use iCloud, so can't be sure on that, but it makes sense.
