I am a little confused on what you are trying to do. If you are in a Zoom meeting on your iPhone, and want your VoiceOver to be heard while doing a Screen Share, then I recommend turning on Original Sound. You may first need to enable this option via setting on the Zoom.us <http://zoom.us/> website, then turning on Original Sound in the iOS app on your iPhone, during a Zoom call, before beginning Screen Share.
