Hi Joe, The NS finished round 1 of migration to the cloud last week. The first time I used the BARD Mobile app to search the BARD website on my iPhone SE 2020, I was prompted to log in and my user ID and password were already filled in. I executed the log in and have not been prompted to do so since. You might suggest that your friend close the BARD Mobile app out of the App Switcher, restart her device, and try again. If she continues to have issues, suggest she write to [email protected] for assistance. They are very good about helping.
