Actually if using Gmail there is always an all mail folder. Sometimes it does not download automatically to outlook or may even be called “Important”? I ran into this a year or so ago and was advised to create the all mail folder in outlook and on the next start it would be present and populated by gmail. This did work for me and I was able eventually to get rid of several thousand (and yes, I did say Thousands) of emails. Marie

All mail, means just that, all of your mail.
