Not that I am aware of.
Though, you could see if you could make the volume of each file the same before
uploading them to your phone?

Since ringtones are small files, if you send them to me off list at
[email protected]
I could see about getting the volumes to match and send them back to you.

Subject: Difference in Volume between Ring Tone and Text Tone

I have had the same ring tone and text tone sounds for a while so decided
today to change them. I selected the tones I want, two bird songs I once
purchased. Now the one for texting is too soft. If I adjust the volume so I
can hear the text tones, the ringtone is much too loud. This is. The case
regardless of whether I have the volume adjusted with or without the volume
buttons on the side of the phone. It seems to happen no matter which text tone
I choose.

Is there a way to make the volume of one independent from the volume for the
other?
