I got it figured out about the app library, now for figuring out what is wrong with the kindle app. That is for another subject, though.

Now to find the app you want, you can use the search field at the top, explore the screen or do a three finger swipe up to get an alphabetical listing of everything in your library. To move the app back to your home page, you move it like you would any other app on any other home page. Specifically, flick down on the app and double tap on the edit option. Now flick down until you get to the drag option and double tap. Now find the home page, with a three finger swipe right, and flick down on an app to move the app you're dragging to the place you want on the home page. I know these instructions are a bit terse, but I'm assuming you're familiar with moving things around on your home page and you just need help finding the app library.
