The correct term is hard restart. On your iPhone SE 2020, try the following: 1. Quickly in succession, press the volume up button, followed by the volume down button. 2. Press and hold the side button for about 5 to 8 seconds. 3. The device will begin the restart process, but will give no sound or haptic indication that this is happening. After a short period of time, you should hear voice over speak once the phone has completed the start up sequence.
