My wife and I purchased a Shark Ion robotic vacuum about a year ago and we have been having some issues with it lately so we are considering switching to a Roomba. I have a couple of questions for anyone on the list that uses a Roomba. First of all, how accessible is the Roomba app with VoiceOver? The Shark app is terrible right now with several unlabeled buttons. Fortunately I can operate the vacuum with the Amazon Alexa skill, but I would prefer to be able to use the app. Second question is: which model of the Roomba would be a good one to go with? I am currently looking at the series 7 because I would like to get one that can empty itself once it goes back to the dock. And finally, and probably most importantly are people satisfied with the job a Roomba does with cleaning? Any input from other Roomba owners will be greatly appreciated.
