Hi, If you go to settings and App Store, sign out, then sign back in using your US account details, you should have no problems. I am in Australia and can just use the ID and Password for my US accound and it always works. If you want to be able to use paid apps from the US App Store, you either need a US iTunes gift card or a US credit card.
