Hi, How far you jump will depend on the size of the book, the smaller the book, the further you will scroll with the same motion. To scroll in small increments, double tap and hold, then just role your finger slightly to the right, then lift it. This should move you forward a few pages only. With a bit of practice, it gets quite easy. If you cannot get the hang of it, just focus the page picker and quickly swipe up with one finger to change pages.
