So you're saying that people who actually honor a legally binding NDA they agreed to are misguided? I think you have that backwards. You may not choose to honor something you agreed to but that doesn't mean others who don't make the same decision you do are misguided. I'm also pretty sure that topics that violate the NDA with Apple are not supposed to be posted to this list, but I suppose you flaunt list guidelines and the wishes of the list owners and moderators just as you do the legally binding documents you agree to. You're probably right in that nothing will come of this, but I hope you're encouraging people to disregard the terms of their participation in the Apple beta doesn't come back to haunt this list or the future of Apple's beta programs.
