Managing Apple ID and password

Could someone please resend the web page where I can see if my Apple ID 
and password work, and reset the password if necessary?
The password is not working on my phone, but I would rather fix this using 
my Windows 10 computer.
The page I need was sent today and I thought I saved it!
So sorry for the clutter.
