If you have Outlook, you can create a rule in the advanced options for rules 
that looks for a word or phrase in the message header.  I just did that, so any 
messages with his name in the header will go straight to my deleted folder.
Since the moderator hasn't dealt with this, or maybe has tried, but remained 
silent, I know of no other way to rid my inbox of that kind of crap.
