My experience with the CBS All Access app, which is now the Paramount Plus app, 
on my iPhone 8 with IOS 14, is mixed.  Voiceover kind of works, but it's 
certainly not always easy to find what I want.  For example, I just spent 
several minutes sliding my finger around trying to land on the button to 
continue watching "Family Ties"; didn't find the button before the app closed.  
Sometimes I'm able to find this button, which is certainly just luck.  

Actually, I gave up on using the app, because the app closes after just a few 
moments (maybe 3-5 minutes).  No matter what I'm doing; I could be searching 
for a show, configuring settings, watching a video, etc...doesn't matter...the 
app closes after just a few minutes and frequently the phone becomes a bit warm 
and the app closes.  The warmth leaves shortly after the app closes.  Several 
years ago, I recall being able to use the app without these crashes; unsure 
when the crashes started; perhaps the app didn't crash when I used an older 
phone...got the iPhone 8 less than 3 years ago.

I've tried accessing the app via the TV app...same thing happens.  By the way, 
this behavior happened  before and after the switch to paramount Plus.  I've 
removed the app and reinstalled it multiple times.  I've rebooted, reset 
settings, etc.  

Hopefully the app will work for you, but it just won't cooperate for me.  
Fortunately I have success with apps for prime video, NBC, etc.  Ultimately, I 
got fed up and chose to spend my time doing other things.  I've had good luck 
accessing CBS All Access/Paramount Plus via the website on my computer, and via 
the app on my Samsung TV.  I'm so grateful that the latter methods give me 
access as it is so fun to re-watch some of my favorite shows.
