Are you talking about the Perfect Scale that you can use to weigh ingredients for Vitamix recipes. A few years ago, I bought and tried the Perfect Drink scale and app and it wasn't accessible as far as actually pouring the ingredients. I could move around the app and read the recipes, but i couldn't use it when it came to actually starting a recipe. I contacted the company but I didn't make progress. I haven't tried the app in a few years. So, maybe things have changed.
