A quick web search turned up this:
When VoiceOver is on, you can start the tutorial at any time by pressing VO +
Command + F8.

"You know," said Arthur, "it's at times like this, when I'm trapped in a Vogon
airlock with a man from Betelgeuse, and about to die of asphyxiation in deep
space, that I really wish I'd listened to what my mother told me when I was
young."
"Why, what did she tell you?"
"I don't know, I didn't listen."

Attempting to learn the Mac again. When I turned on Voice Over, a tutorial
came up. I stopped it, hoping to continue it later. I know it used to come up
automatically. Is there a way to start it again? I know I can probably go to
accessibility and find out, but I don’t know how to maneuver the Mac yet. Any
suggestions?
Thanks.
