The iPhone 11 is the cheapest of the iPhone 11 series, but it isn't the smallest, so you don't always have to pay more for a larger phone. I can easily hold the iPhone 11 in my hand. It's larger size and the fact that it doesn't have a home button does make using braille screen input nicer, at least for me. Bottom line is that if you don't want to pay more for a larger phone then you don't have to.
