You probably need to go in and make sure Alexa is connected with your premium service and not the free service. Once we know what service you’re talking about, I’m sure someone will be able to help.

So say for example if I was to say play Reba McEntire songs right now or says we’re talking about a station with Reba McEntire but when it was the free music it would say streaming songs by Reba McEntire now George strait for example it streams his songs with no commercials included.
