I have a friend who still has an iPhone 5S and all of a sudden when he asks Siri to text someone, she says that there is no one by that name in contacts. However, the names are in his contacts. He can reply to a message but can't send the initial one. He can make phone calls by using Siri so the names are definitely in contacts. Anyone have any ideas?
