Hello Barbara. I don't know of any replica of a Life Boardgame. However, there are several life simulation games on iOS. Alter Ego is a classic which was turned into a Choice Of game. That's the easier one to operate. By far, the most complex and popular is one called BitLife. Its user interface is accessible to VoiceOver users and the developer is aware of blind players. However, some people find all the windows which pop open a bit harder to deal with. It's well worth mastering given the stupendous amount of possibilities and well designed mechanics.
In the middle of the road in terms of complexity is one called Life Simulator. It's certainly deeper than Alter Ego but offers less depth and scope than BitLife. Hope that helps you out.
