I don't have that app, but have you tried contacting the developer?
This sounds like either a bug in ioS or in their app.

Subject: Interval timer

I have Intervals Pro but have had no success getting settings to save. Each
time, it has defaulted to zero although the event itself has saved.
So, is there a better intervals app? And if not, what might I be doing wrong
here? This really isn't intuitive at all. I set the active and passive times,
and the number of repeats. Each time I go to run the timers it has set back to
zero, in some settings there's a done button and sometimes not, but I do the
overall save when it looks right.
All I want is the timers, my watch can track the activity.
