I have a sighted friend, who is not terribly tech savy.
She has a 5 year old Mac laptop, macOS Sierra, version 10.12.6.
She is trying to delete an old email address for me so it doesn't auto fill in
the to field.
She found a couple ways by searching the web, but neither worked.

Since I use Windows machines, I thought maybe someone had a solid way to do
this and could share it with me.
If you don't want to clutter the list, my direct email is
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>

Thanks,

Richard
