In most cases we have controlled crossings / intersections, However once away from those such as in my part of town we have the take your life in your own hands method, However in saying that, Without any headphones or media playin at the time, And on a controlled intersection, I still got hit by a tour bus full of American cruise ship tourists, May be things would be better if I did have the headphones on.
