Good point and don't know, big enough and good enough for 1 or two. There's two of us here and she can cook enough for both of us in it; but I like it for doing my own meals at the single level. Had some very wide sliced toast in the bottom earlier. I use it to melt the cheese safely and still keep the toast crisp. MW could do cheese and reduce toast to a mush. Ok, pan is about 7.5" diam and 4" deep if that helps.
