Oh, I'll use it eventually. It'll be my first iPhone with Face ID, it'll be the smaller one that I prefer, and the 5 G will be there assuming it gets to where I live in the next two or three years. And if things happen as they have in the past when I've delayed activating my phones, the AppleCare doesn't start until the phone is actually activated. I was surprised at this the first time when I waited almost a year to activate one of my phones, so I called Apple to confirm.
