Here is the text from the email I just received: Dear Richard, It turns out that at the moment WALTR 2 and WALTR PRO only work correctly if you install the proper iTunes version.
Just like you - we are pretty bummed by having to install additional iTunes drivers. But there's no avoiding it: Windows computers do not belong to Apple's ecosystem. This means - that any Windows app that wants to access your iPhone (notwithstanding the model) needs to use Apple Mobile Support drivers. They are usually installed on your computer in the same pack with iTunes. Naturally, WALTR 2 for Windows and WALTR PRO for Windows have to use these iTunes drivers as well. It's important to download the exact version offered by Apple and not Microsoft Store. Let me kindly inform you that the trial both for WALTR 2 and WALTR PRO lasts for 24 hours, but we're able to extend it for another 24 hours if you want us to do so.
