Basically Waltr2 allows you to transfer any content to your Apple device. This includes: Music, videos, books and tones.
The new soon to be released Waltr Pro does all this and allows you among other things to transfer content to apps other than the standard ones. So for example you could transfer a book to VoiceDream Reader for example rather than to Apple Books. When you launch Waltr2 you choose your device then you have a standard browser window to select the media you want transferred. Transfer can be via wifi or cable. The new Waltr Pro is compatible with JAWS and NVDA I have also successfully used it with Narrator and Dolphin’s Screen Reader. My understanding is that if you bought Waltr2 now you could upgrade to Waltr Pro at a 50% discount when it is released. Hope that answers some of your questions.
