I'm using an iPhone 4 with iOS 5.x. I used to get a more complete
announcement of notifications while the screen was locked. Last week
I had a problem when resetting the phone using the power and home
button combination. BTW, VoiceOver didn't come up speaking and all my
relabelled buttons in various apps were lost.
So, now, when notifications are announced, I get only the time
announced and the number of notifications. But, unlike before, there
is no announcement of the app and the text label such as in a
calendar appointment. I've checked around in Settings but don't see
anything that might change the level of announcement in this type of situation.
Any suggestions?
