Hello I am able to use it to get what I need. I am only interested in the amount of time I use it from day to day, my heart rate while riding, and sometimes I look at how many calories it says I have burned.

The app does have plans available for cost but I don't use that. I select manual and ride for a certain amount of time. It also keeps track of your stats if you want to go back and look at it later.
