Hi Janet, Try the following: 1. Open Settings / Accessibility / VoiceOver
2. Swipe to, Speech, and do a single finger double tap to open. You should hear something like, Voice Siri voice number.... button. Do a single finger double tap to open this. 3. Swipe to, Samantha and do a single finger double tap to open. Now swipe to, Samantha and do a single finger double tap to select, and Samantha is now your VoiceOver voice. Note: In this same folder you'll probably have an option for Samantha enhanced if you want to download and try it. To get to it just swipe passed the first Samantha option. Stay safe and take care.
