I have read when screen is unlocked on, but still, it is not happening. I checked messages to find announce messages, did not find it. It could be that it is because I have notifications turned off, and if that is the case, I will continue to unlock my phone. Notifications drive me nuts. I check mail, messages, and phone, and do not need them for news.
