There are a bunch of online converter options, but if you have a bunch of files on your drive you want to convert, I use GoldWave. It is free to use for a certain number of times, which I do not know, but is around $50 to purchase. You can do batch conversions. I don't have any flac files to double check with but it saves to and opens from Flac so I will be extremely surprised if it doesn't do a great job. www.goldwave.com
