I can’t say for sure, but did you check the app store to see if there is an app by that name. You might have to set up an account, which may require some sort of security code or password. I’m sure doctor’s offices like to have something more secure than Zoom, Teams or the other video conference services that exist. Having not used it I can’t tell you if it is accessible. Now for me I usually go in person for my physician, but I have a psychologist I just talk to by phone, but that’s easier than what you are talking about. Truthfully your neurologist’s office may just not know about accessibility, since telemedicine is a relatively new trend, and this is an issue the providers of these services may not have fully thought about either.
