I se a button for folder, itunes, iPhone 10r which is the one plugged in and
6s+ which is not plugged in.
do I choose my 10r then look for the file?

Once you have chosen your media to transfer, make sure you hit the Convert
and Transfer button.
This is an extra step as you can transfer media to other apps.
