You might try Parcel Delivery Tracking by Ivan Pavlov Ltd. I’m not sure if this app has a free version as I’m subscribed to it but it is very accessible and supports a lot of delivery carriers. I suspect finding a good free app in this category might be hard because those I’ve used in the past like Shiprack are no longer in the App Store.
