When someone reacts to my text message I receive a text message notification that voiceover reads as how they reacted, thumbs up/down, red heart, HaHa etc. When I open the message thread voiceover reads the reaction as stated above. This is true based on IOS version 14.5. I haven't received a reaction since updating to the latest IOS.
