Tara, It is useful when writing to a list to identify the region of the world where you live, as different areas have laws that could be of help or not apply to someone. Similarly, if having an issue with iPhone apps, it is useful to have tried some apps and identified the problems you had when posting a question rather than offering vague generalities about an entire class of apps. This list is global, but advice is often not global. With which apps have you had problems or difficulty? You referenced an entire class of apps with absolutely no specifics.
