There is an App called Louie Voice Control. This allows a user to control WhatsApp, Contacts, Call Logs, Uber, YouTube, Text messages, Google Search and phone calling with just voice commands. You can easily send a text or WhatsApp text to someone and can even save their numbers. The app is currently available for Android and is available on Play Store.
