There are many such apps in the App Store, I would maybe check Applevis to see if there are reviews or recommendations. As for using an actual spreadsheet program on the iPhone, good luck, it's very tedious at best and I know even sighted people who don't like it, Excel (not the correct spelling) works great on a PC with Jaws and, I assume also NVDA, but in my opinion it's not such a good experience on an iPhone.
