I updated today, and now when on the scores screen, the next or previous day buttons do absolutely nothing while running VoiceOver.
I have no idea if they work without VoiceOver and frankly, don't care. I have written them and they responded with a list of questions that I answered; but it was clearly an automatically generated form, but if you have updated an dare having the same issue, I recommend contacting them.
