The beauty of the Plantronics e50 was that one earpiece cost far, far less than a pair of Apple Airpods. And, the Plantronics have about double or more the battery life of the Apple Airpods.
You may want to have someone sighted go through the Plantronics web site and see what models come the closest. Or, check other brands, but Plantronics is hard to beat in the single ear category.
