If you can get focus on the image, do a one finger triple tap. You should get a context menu with share as one option. Double tap on that and flick right until you get to recognize with Seeing AI and double tap. There may be other options like recognize with Apple or some such thing. Other OCr apps should show up there too so if one doesn't work, you can try another.
