Apple sells the Belkin Lightning Audio + Charge Rockstar adapter for $39.95 and it has a male lightning plug with about a 2 inch cable and about a 1 inch square block with 2 female lightning ports. You can plug both wired lightning Earpods and a charging cable into this adapter at the same time.
