Hi Danny. If it doesn't go away, you will still be able to pair new MFi hearing aids in the future. i evaluated a pair of Oticon and then ReSound. I was able to pair the ReSound hearing aids even though the oticons were still listed after being removed. I'm not sure why they advised you to reset everything, since you can easily dump things out of the accessibility shortcut by visiting settings, accessibility, accessibility shortcut. Unless I'm missing something?
