You can delete all emails in your Inbox, but keep in mind that it really means "all emails". To do this tap the Edit button at the top right of the screen, then tap Select All at the top left and lastly tap "Trash" at the bottom right If you want to delete a bunch of emails and you don't want to swipe down and tap delete each time you can also tap the Edit button at the top right, then double tap each email you want to delete which will select it, then once again tap the Trash button at the bottom right.
