There will be at least 14.7.1 because the "unlock with iPhone" feature to unlock your Apple Watch apparently is working very poorly with older iPhones which still have Touch Id and it is expected an update to address this will come out relatively soon. Unlocking newer phones with Face Id apparently unlocks an Apple Watch just fine if you have the feature enabled.
