I have an iPhone 11, so my reply is based on my experience with my phone. Without the use of screen recognition Tick Tock is not accessible. Using screen recognition Tick Tock is usable, but to say that it is accessible would be a long shot. A person has to be somewhat familiar with the use of screen recognition to be able to get the most out of Tick Tock, being screen recognition has to be toggled on/off while watching Tick Toc & navigating through the app.
