Hi folks, I need to watch a couple of documentary films which have some parts in foreign languages. These foreign languages sections are translated to English in the subtitles. Is there a way of reading the subtitles with voice over? These documentaries are available on youtube, amazon, and apple tv. If subtitles are accessible on any of these platforms please let me know.
