the iPhone may have an FM chip, but Apple has never enabled it, so no, you 
cannot listen that way.
However, there are a lot of apps that give access to local radio. If the 
station has no internet presence at all; then they probably will not be on any 
of the apps.
Is there a particular station you are trying to find?
I have severl apps and could easily check if you gave the city, state, and call 
letters for the one, or ones you want.
