There is something called a connect clip that You can purchase, this doesn't stream per say, but it acts as a little microphone that you place near what you're listening to and amplifies the sound and it works great in crowded spaces too. My husband has one and if we're in a restaurant I clip it to the collar of my shirt this way he can hear me talking and it filters out background noise.
